If you're unsure, Essentials is a great place to start, and we're always happy to help guide you.

As a returning customer, will the quality of Essentials photos differ from before?

Yes, there is a difference. Our MVT Essentials photos use HDR photography, a faster and efficient method that delivers bright, clean images ideal for most listings. Meanwhile, our MVT Signature photos feature the TrueLight™ technique, blending flash and ambient lighting for accurate interior colours and a polished, premium look. TrueLight™ remains our hallmark for listings where presentation is key.

What's the difference between HDR photos and TrueLight™ photography?

Accepted Answer

HDR photography blends multiple exposures to balance interior and exterior lighting and is a fast, efficient option for everyday listings.

TrueLight™ photography uses flash combined with ambient light to produce more accurate interior colours, controlled window exposures, and a more refined final image. This method requires additional experience, time and equipment, which is why it’s part of our Signature tier.

Will HDR photos look over-processed?

No. Our Essentials HDR photos are edited with a natural, balanced look designed specifically for real estate marketing. The goal is clean, bright images that represent the home accurately without the heavy halos or artificial colours sometimes associated with HDR photography.

Every photo is still professionally edited by our team to ensure a consistent and polished final result.

The goal of these tiers is simply to give you more flexibility depending on the property you're marketing.

Has the booking process changed?

Just a little. When booking online, you’ll now start by selecting a tier—Essentials or Signature—and then choose the package that suits your listing. The rest of the process remains the same.

Can I mix services between tiers?

Accepted Answer

Not entirely. Services are grouped by tier. When booking, you’ll choose either Essentials or Signature for the appointment. This helps us schedule the appropriate photographer and equipment for the shoot.

Some add-on services are available in both Essentials and Signature, like our Signature Twilights. You can also add "Agent On-Camera" to an Essentials video to give it more of a Signature look.

Have your turnaround times changed?

No, our turnaround times haven’t changed. Photos are delivered by the end of the next business day, and videos are ready within two business days.
